Malarkey Roofing Products seeks a Project Manager in Research and Development to drive new products, improvements, and cost-reduction efforts. You will lead cross-functional teams through Stage Gate, prepare documentation, and guide project scope, deliverables, and metrics.

Remote or hybrid work is supported with heavy collaboration across functions. Travel is substantial (45%), with a salary range of $120,000–$140,000 plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams through structured projects and Stage Gate.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, define scope, deliverables and metrics.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and decision-making skills; strong communication.
• PM certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Stage Gate training a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in PM, Business, Engineering, Operations or Product Development preferred.
• Compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of projects within the Amrize Innovation System.
• Lead teams and manage documentation, SOPs and training materials.
• Drive Stage Gate documentation for each product type and prepare SOPs.
• Define scope, deliverables, and quarterly/Gate review materials.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners on objectives, timelines and resources.
• Monitor progress, manage scope/schedule, resolve issues and report to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; facilitate problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed and prepare quarterly and Gate documents.
• Support continuous improvement of Stage Gate and Portfolio tools.
• Maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations and a safe environment.
