Amrize seeks a Project Manager, Research and Development to lead and execute projects within the Innovation System, focusing on new products, improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure on-schedule delivery and successful Gate decisions.

With 5+ years of PM experience in manufacturing, you will drive Stage Gate documentation, define scope and metrics, and collaborate with partners.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams through structured projects and Stage Gate processes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, define scope, deliverables and metrics, assess risks, and provide clear leadership recommendations.
• PMP certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Stage Gate training is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Operations or Product Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects within the Amrize Innovation System, including new products and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Develop Stage Gate documentation and standard operating procedures for product types; coordinate with teams to compile materials.
• Define scope, deliverables and metrics for each phase; prepare quarterly and Gate review materials.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to align objectives, timelines, deliverables and resources.
• Monitor progress, maintain scope and schedules, manage risks, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Support continuous improvement of Stage Gate and Portfolio tools; ensure safety protocols and PPE compliance.
