Job summary

You will develop schedules, manage scope and risk, facilitate decisions across Engineering, Operations, and Sales, and report project health using Jira and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or new product development.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects using a structured PM methodology.
• Experience with Stage-Gate or similar product development processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development and customer projects from initiation through launch.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and reporting.
• Drive project execution by managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate obstacle resolution, drive decisions, and maintain momentum across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to evaluate trade-offs among scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Identify and mitigate risks to reduce execution risk and improve outcomes.
• Lead reviews, action-item tracking, and cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and executive reports to communicate project health.
