Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field or equivalent.
• Proven experience in product development, project management, or business process implementation.
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams with multiple priorities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between project owners, team, and management for clear communication of achievements, status, and escalations.
• Implement, monitor, and improve processes that support project management and sub-processes for data-driven decisions.
• Drive scope, budget, and quality tradeoffs across projects to optimize portfolio value.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Quality, Commercial, Logistics, R&D, Operations, and Regulatory.
• Resolve conflicts and document project management processes and tool usage.
