Job summary

Generis Tek Inc invites a Contract Project Manager to join our client site in Alameda, CA for an 11+ month engagement. The role pays $65.00 per hour on W2 and runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

The PM will act as liaison among project owners, teams, and management, driving scope, budget, and quality decisions, while identifying process improvements and ensuring accurate reporting for portfolio planning. Prior experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical discipline or equivalent.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and improve business processes in support of Project Management and related sub-processes.
• Demonstrate stewardship and provide project leadership to meet Division strategy and business objectives.
• Coordinate activities across Quality, Commercial, Logistics, R&D, Operations, and Regulatory.
• Ensure cross-functional reporting to Senior Management and resolve data integrity issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions requiring escalation in a timely manner.
