Qualifications

• Must be a US person (citizen or permanent resident).
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Basecamp, MS Project, or Trello).
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Break projects into doable actions and set time-frames.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assist with identifying project goals and assign tasks to internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise; communicate status to participants.
• Work with project directors to remove blockers and oversee procurement.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
