You will lead research and development projects from concept to implementation, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, customers, and academic partners.

This role blends technical depth, project leadership, and innovation to deliver high-performance transformer technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• Experience leading technical or product development projects using established project management methodologies and tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver R&D projects for dry-type transformer technologies from concept through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Develop and maintain effective project communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and change requests to support successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers, research institutions, and universities to advance technologies.
