Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience leading technical or product development projects with standard PM methodologies.
• Knowledge of transformer technology is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver R&D projects for dry-type transformer technologies from concept to implementation.
• Drive project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and technical excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, customers, and academia.
• Develop and maintain project communication plans and stakeholder strategies.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, and change requests for successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers, research institutions, and universities.
• Support the deployment of developed technologies in factories and customer projects.
• Identify market needs and contribute to future product development and partnerships.
