HITACHI ENERGY USA INC is seeking an R&D Project Manager to lead innovative development programs for dry-type transformers in Bland, USA. You will manage cross-functional teams from concept through implementation, aligning with quality, cost, and schedule targets.

The role requires a technical engineering background and strong PM leadership to drive collaborations with internal teams, customers, universities, and external partners while advancing portfolio strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience leading technical or product development projects using established PM methodologies.
• Knowledge of transformer technology or electrical equipment design is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Lead R&D projects focused on new technologies and product development for dry-type transformers.
• Drive project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and technical excellence.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives, milestones, and schedules.
• Develop and execute effective project communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Manage project changes and communicate impacts on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, universities, and external partners to accelerate innovation.
• Support implementation of newly developed solutions in factories and customer delivery projects.
• Identify market needs and contribute to future portfolio and technology development strategies.
