Job summary

You will translate customer requirements into manufacturable products, collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing dry type transformers.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally; work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dry type transformer solutions meeting customer specs and industry standards.
• Apply engineering methods and calculations to optimize product performance.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to implement common design tools.
• Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Partner with manufacturing for efficient production and successful launches.
