Catalent Pharma Solutions in Winchester, KY is seeking an R&D Project Management Coordinator. This entry-level yet demanding role supports the R&D PM team in coordinating samples, tracking invoices, and reviewing forecasts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely project execution.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree with 3–5 years of project coordination experience, strong ERP knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• High school diploma with 5+ years of project coordination experience, or an Associate Degree with 3+ years, or a Bachelor’s in a relevant field.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with TrackWise or other QMS is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong time management, planning and multitasking abilities.
• Self-driven, highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills for teamwork.
• Technical writing skills for reports, presentations and documentation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sample shipments with Safety, Warehouse and Project Managers.
• Assemble and track invoices and billing with Project Managers.
• Review forecasting and scheduling against quotes.
• Assist with project closeouts and review key documentation.
• Observe production with clients and report lessons learned.
• Support planning and coordination of R&D analytical activities.
• Prepare quotes and quote amendments.
• Perform other duties to support Catalent Pharma Solutions’ high performance.
