Job summary

JUST ONE is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate R&D initiatives within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment in Kentucky. You will work with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and external partners to ensure timely delivery, quality and budget alignment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and has 2+ years in pharma project coordination, with strong English communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in project coordination/management in pharma.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical development processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate R&D projects ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality and external partners.
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support R&D budget monitoring and control aligned with targets and priorities.
• Coordinate interactions with API suppliers, CDMOs, CROs and other partners.
• Monitor regulatory submissions, dossiers, approvals and launch timelines.
• Support portfolio evaluation and business case analyses for development strategies.
• Coordinate IP activities with patent advisors and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices across projects.
