Job summary

Catalent's Winchester, KY site is a flagship U.S. manufacturing location for large-scale oral solid dose forms, offering an opportunity for an entry-level R&D Project Management Coordinator to support coordination, documentation, and analytical activities in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

The role collaborates with safety, warehouse and project managers, preparing quotes, reviewing forecasts, and assisting with invoices and project closeouts.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in a GMP/pharma environment.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Trackwise/QMS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample shipments with safety, warehouse and project managers.
• Assemble and track invoices and billing with project managers.
• Review forecasting and scheduling against quotes.
• Assist with project closeouts and review of key documentation.
• Observe production with clients and report lessons learned.
• Support planning and coordination of R&D analytical activities.
• Prepare quotes and quote amendments.
• Perform other duties to support Catalent Pharma Solutions' high performance.
