Catalent in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Project Management Coordinator to support the delivery of customer requests and ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time.

You will work closely with scientists and project management to compile regulatory documentation and maintain readiness to execute. This role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, with cross-functional collaboration across regulatory, quality, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience or familiarity with FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer requests and ensure deliverables on time.
• Collaborate with scientists and project management to compile regulatory documentation.
• Support operations with all required documents for batch manufacture.
