The role includes managing a program’s lifecycle, coordinating planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance to deliver high‑quality warfighter-focused products.

The program manager will oversee cross-functional teams, maintain relationships with customers, and provide periodic updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 5–7 years of experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience writing proposals and leading engineering/manufacturing development programs; EVM cost accounting; integrated master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Has P&L responsibilities for a specific program.
• Implements and administers corporate programs across multiple sub-programs.
• Executes programs meeting organizational and customer needs.
• Involves planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance tracking.
• Promotes the program and tracks utilization across the organization.
• Supervises program staff to meet standards and schedules.
• Evaluates program effectiveness using data and KPIs.
• Ensures compliance with policies and external regulations.
