Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager to partner with scientists, researchers, and technical teams to translate complex findings into actionable business requirements. You will own Jira documentation, tracking, and governance across a multi-site program spanning Cincinnati, Raritan, Santa Clara, and Israel.

You will coordinate initiatives, manage dependencies, and produce regular program reporting, status updates, and risk reviews to drive projects to successful execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program Management experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience translating technical concepts into business language and actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Jira experience, including documentation, workflows, reporting, and project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with scientists, researchers, and technical teams to understand current-state capabilities, challenges, and future needs.
• Translate technical findings into clear business requirements, project plans, and executive-level communications.
• Gather, document, and manage requirements across multiple stakeholders and functional groups.
• Coordinate initiatives across four global sites: Cincinnati, OH; Raritan, NJ; Santa Clara, CA; Israel.
• Own Jira documentation, tracking, reporting, and governance activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, risk management discussions, and project reviews.
• Create and maintain project documentation, requirements artifacts, and program reporting.
• Monitor timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
