Job summary

STARLIMS Corporation is seeking a candidate to manage and coordinate R&D projects at the division or cross-division level under the Program Manager. The goal is to deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget, even with limited resources and shifting priorities.

You will lead cross-functional teams of business analysts, developers and validation analysts using Agile or hybrid delivery, and keep sponsors and executives informed with clear status, risk and budget reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing software or R&D projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery.
• Experience with project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Jira).
• Experience managing project risks.

Responsibilities

• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Plan work: schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile or hybrid practices.
• Track progress, report spend vs. plan and forecast.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Provide status reports to sponsors, executives, and teams.
• Support portfolio planning with capacity and dependency insights.
• Ensure quality of documentation and validation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners.
• Capture lessons learned and obtain final sponsor approval.
• Stay compliant with corporate policies.
