Job summary

DRS RADA TECHNOLOGIES in the United States seeks a Global Project Manager to lead international program interfaces, coordinate cross-site plans, and drive solutions that meet business requirements and sustain operational continuity.

You will work with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering and Quality to manage capacity, material allocation, and inter-site shipping plans while fostering continuous improvement and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or operations in a global environment.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-organizational processes.
• Experience with S&OP / S&OE processes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Planning, Production, Supply Chain and Capacity Management processes.
• Strong analytical skills including data analysis, gap identification and presenting management insights.
• Fluent English; ability to lead discussions and meetings in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate ongoing activities with global sites.
• Lead S&OP / S&OE processes and coordinate across interfaces to drive decisions.
• Manage Material Allocation plans and Inter-site Shipping Plans.
• Own Capacity Analysis globally, including resource utilization and planning to meet business requirements.
• Analyze operational gaps, provide visibility, and lead corrective actions and Continuous Improvement.
• Lead professional discussions, track action items, and drive interfaces across local and global teams.
• Work cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality.
• Manage multiple interfaces in a global environment, prioritizing and driving processes forward.
