Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager in the Princeton area. The role supports a hybrid work model with in-office presence Tue/Wed/Thu and WFH Monday and Friday; remote work is possible if necessary, but preferred hybrid.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and coordinate global PMO activities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within R&D/operations/engineering, familiarity with regulated product categories, and

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years client industry experience in R&D, operations or engineering within project management.
• OTC or regulated product categories experience a plus.
• Global project management experience a plus.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc).
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Project Management tools to lead complex projects and deliver business goals.
• Identify resource needs and ensure proper support; clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Create timelines and drive deliverables to due dates to meet ship timing.
• Lead weekly multi-functional team meetings, manage issues, risks, and action items.
• Manage changes to preserve business plan commitments; initiate change reviews.
• Prepare, track, and report on project plans and status using PMO tools.
• Conduct Lessons Learned and apply findings to future projects.
• Provide input to continuously improve PMO effectiveness globally.
