Job summary

Ultradent, a global leader in oral healthcare, is growing and we are excited to add a Program Manager to our expanding R&D Product Development & Product Sustainment team. The Program Manager will coordinate, execute, and champion discovery efforts while supporting project managers across product initiatives within the Development and Sustainment portfolio.

This role ensures projects stay aligned with strategies, goals, and commitments by overseeing scope, timelines, and program-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of program management experience.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industry preferred.
• Certification such as PMP or CSM is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and champions discovery efforts across product initiatives.
• Oversees scope, timelines, and program-level communication.
• Develops and tracks budgets, risks, and KPIs.
• Provides reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensures compliance with quality systems and design controls.
