Job summary

Ultradent Products Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to join the R&D Product Development & Product Sustainment team in the United States.

The role coordinates discovery efforts and supports project managers across product initiatives within the Development and Sustainment portfolio. You will oversee scope, timelines, and program-level communication, build cross-functional relationships, and help guide projects through successful execution and launches while ensuring alignment with business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Program/Project Manager role or similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience strongly suggested, but not required.
• Experience in medical device or other regulated industry preferred.
• Project Management or other relevant certification (PMP, CSM etc.) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization, employees, and customers, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and metrics.
• Promotes the program throughout the organization and tracks utilization.
• Ensures work of program stakeholders is completed on time and to established standards or specifications.
• Provides reports and updates to program stakeholders and senior management.
• Identifies and mitigates risks; maintains visibility and alignment with business strategies.

Job description

Ultradent, a global leader in oral healthcare, is growing, and we are excited to add a Program Manager to our expanding R&D Product Development & Product Sustainment team. In this role, the Program Manager will coordinate, execute, and champion discovery efforts while providing critical support to project managers across product initiatives within the Development and Sustainment portfolio. This position helps ensure projects remain aligned with business strategies, goals, and commitments by overseeing scope, timelines, and program-level communication. The Program Manager will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify and help mitigate risks, and maintain consistency and visibility across the program. Working closely with project managers, this role will help guide projects through successful execution and launch.

Important Responsibilities

Executes programs the meet the needs of the organization, employees, and customers. Participates in aspects of global and corporate product programs, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and project performance metrics. Promotes the program throughout the organization and tracks utilization. Ensures the work of the program stakeholders is completed on time and in accordance with established standards or specifications. Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics. Ensures that activities compliant with organizational policies, best practices, and any relevant external regulations. Provides reports and updates to program stakeholders as well as senior management.
