Job summary

Ultradent Products, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to join its R&D Product Development & Product Sustainment team.

You will coordinate, execute, and champion discovery efforts while supporting project managers across product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategies, goals, and commitments. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, identify risks, and maintain visibility across programs.

• Promotes the program and tracks utilization across the organization.
• Ensures activities are timely and meet standards or specifications.
• Evaluates program effectiveness via KPI data.
• Ensures compliance with policies and external regulations.
• Provides reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
