Job summary

Bexorg, a precision neurology company in New Haven, CT, is seeking a Program & Alliance Manager to lead integrated planning and execution of cross-functional R&D programs. You will align scientific, operational, data, and external workstreams against milestones, budgets, and commitments.

The role also manages external partners and CROs, driving risk management and delivering concise executive updates. On-site/hybrid work in a fast-moving biotech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management, alliance management, or R&D operations in biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and budgets.
• Strong understanding of drug-discovery and translational biology workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program plans including milestones, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across discovery, data/AI, and external partners.
• Translate collaborations into operating plans and governance with CROs and vendors.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and executive visibility into program health.
• Develop scalable program-management tools and templates.
