Job summary

Bexorg, Inc. seeks a Senior Program & Alliance Manager to lead integrated planning and execution of cross-functional R&D programs. You will align scientific, operational, data, and external workstreams against milestones, budgets, and commitments.

You will manage external partners and CROs, ensuring governance, timely decisions, and delivery of final scientific and data deliverables. Excellent communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, alliance management, or related roles in biotech or pharma.
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams, budgets, and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery and development workflows; experience with translational biology or multi-omics is valuable.
• Ability to work with scientists and technical teams to identify dependencies and ask the right questions.
• Experience managing external collaborators and CROs.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, change control, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program plans with milestones, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, decisions, resources, and budgets.
• Translate scientific objectives into executable plans across cohorts, BrainEx, samples, assays, data and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Drug Discovery, Tissue Procurement, Platform Operations, Brain Bank, Quality, Data/AI, Finance.
• Establish workstream ownership and acceptance criteria while keeping leaders responsible for execution.
• Maintain alignment of study plans, experiments, samples, external assays, data, and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve program risks, bottlenecks, dependencies; elevate when needed.
• Track program performance against plan: timelines, milestones, sample use, budget, external spend.
• Lead reviews and provide executive visibility into program health and milestones.
• Serve as primary PM interface for pharma, biotech, academics, and strategic partners.
• Translate collaboration agreements into operating plans, governance, deliverables.
• Integrate CROs and vendors, align scope, timelines, data return, costs.
• Maintain records of decisions, risks, scope changes, and follow-ups.
• Build trusted partner relationships through clear communication and governance.
• Develop scalable PM tools, templates, dashboards, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Establish consistent planning and reporting approaches.
• Improve traceability from scientific request to final deliverable.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across teams.
