Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director to lead the R&D Global Portfolio and Project Management (GPPM) team. You will guide a team of project managers and coordinators, ensure governance for new product development, and drive strategy across Vision Care, Surgical, or Pharmaceuticals/Consumer lines.

You will mentor staff, participate in the Project Management Leadership Team, and help translate customer needs into product requirements while managing budgets, timelines, and risk across global programs.

Formación

• Experience in Medical Device/Pharma industries and 10+ years in R&D project management.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills are required.
• PM leadership across global teams and governance bodies is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of R&D project managers and coordinators.
• Oversee NPD governance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Mentor GPPM staff and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Operations, and R&D.
