Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science or Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Medical Device/Pharma, with 10+ years in R&D project management and leadership.
• Strong communication, organization and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of R&D project managers and coordinators.
• Oversee a portfolio of R&D development projects within a designated business vertical.
• Chair the NPD governance board and ensure standardized project management practices.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations and R&D to support portfolio execution and governance.
• Manage resource plans, risk, budgets, and timelines; drive process improvements.
