Qualifications

• AS (≥ 3 years) or High School diploma/GED (≥ 5 years) in physical or life sciences laboratory environment.
• Attention to detail; able to follow SOPs precisely.
• Ability to document observations and progress thoroughly.
• Identify safety risks promptly and communicate them.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; knowledge of pumps, motors, and machines.
• Multitask to optimize holding/ downtime.
• Use computer/software tools to manage data.
• Collaborate across functions and adapt to new insights.

Responsibilities

• Work with R&D scientists to evaluate polymer formulations and provide analytical support.
• Understand the objective of requests to deliver relevant data.
• Maintain clean and orderly lab space and equipment.
• Assist with compounding and film/bottle trials for internal customers.
• Collect information to troubleshoot process problems as needed.
• Document all work in lab notebook or data system; protect IP.
• Comply with EH&S rules while delivering high-quality work.
