Responsibilities

• Manages execution of NPI and production process and coordinates transfers.
• Clarifies tactics to implement business strategies and objectives.
• Develops, coaches, and selects Keysight employees and contractors; manages performance.
• Collaborates with the NPI team to meet ordering and fulfillment goals.
• Accounts for financials, quality, safety, LEAN, and audit results and fixes gaps.
• Oversees return-to-factory repair to meet delivery expectations.
• Leads project, product, and team meetings; aligns priorities.
• Assesses capabilities and balances competing priorities.
• Drives transformation to align with Keysight 7x7X initiatives.
