Job summary

Keysight is seeking an engineer in Santa Rosa, CA to lead investigations of the latest manufacturing technologies, and to contribute to process, product and tool development with a focus on manufacturability and scalability.

The role requires advanced degrees in engineering or related sciences, the ability to guide cross‑functional teams, and a strong grasp of fabrication and manufacturing principles, including RF/microwave applications. This is an on‑site position in Santa Rosa.

Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D. in Engineering, Materials or related Sciences (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to develop business and technical strategies.
• Ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of precision fabrication technologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with RF, microwave and mmWave applications.
