You’ll join a fast-paced R&D environment where learning is constant and the parts you build power innovative engines, with safety and precision at the core.

You will collaborate with engineers to iterate designs, set up development trials, and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fabrication or lab experience across multiple domains.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD and connect design intent to build.
• Strong documentation habits and clear communication with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, build, and finish real parts across multiple processes.
• Collaborate with Advanced Process engineers to iterate quickly.
• Set up and run development trials and capture results to improve processes.
• Handle materials safely and cleanly (powder, wax, ceramic, hot metal).
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Help organize labs and shop areas: tooling, consumables, workflows.
