Sandia National Laboratories is seeking an R&D Manager to lead the SI Threat Evaluations Department within the Secure SI Systems Analytics Group. You will guide teams focused on SI security research, threat characterization, and system hardening for national security missions.

Onsite work is required. The role emphasizes leadership across complex, matrixed environments, collaboration with TIC and program managers, and delivering high-impact security solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus eight years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOE Q and SCI clearances, possibly including a polygraph
• Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills are highly desired
