Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Threat Intelligence Sensors department, developing program plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Build collaborative relationships with Sandia and sponsors to grow programs and interact with sponsors on strategy.
• Develop the department's MASINT sensor portfolio and advance the Sensor Technology Landscape Map.
• Mentor staff and guide career growth, ensuring safe and secure work practices.
• Manage labs across three buildings and coordinate safety procedures and inspections.
