Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Typically 5–10 years of relevant electronics or computer development experience.
• 0–7 years of management or technical leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead system integration engineering and test teams for HP Z Workstation platforms across functional, stress, compatibility and platform-level validation.
• Plan validation of components, boards and systems from bring-up to product launch and lifecycle refreshes.
• Drive issue identification, root-cause analysis and corrective actions with internal teams and partners.
• Provide leadership for a team of validation engineers and external partners; manage staffing, performance and development.
• Represent validation perspectives in program leadership forums and communicate readiness for milestones.
