Job summary

UST seeks a Hardware Validation Engineer to design, execute, and lead validation for datacenter platforms with GPU/CPU modules and complex peripherals. You will drive tests across bring-up to production, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate across HW/SW teams to resolve issues.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in validation environments, strong digital/circuit and CPU/GPU knowledge, and hands-on lab tool proficiency, including Python scripting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hardware/software validation environments.
• Solid grasp of digital and circuit design, CPU/GPU architecture.
• Hands-on lab tools experience and scripting ability.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute validation plans for GPU/CPU modules and peripheral cards.
• Lead debugging, triage issues, perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct electrical, functional, and stress testing on interfaces like PCIe, I2C, SPI, SMBus, USB, and power loops.
• Drive validation across product lifecycle from bring-up to production.
• Partner cross-functionally to solve HW/SW challenges.
• Develop and implement diagnostic suite test plans for builds.
• Participate in schematic and PCB layout reviews.
