Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of job-related experience or 5–7 years of management experience in QA or related field.
• Certifications such as Certified Software Quality Engineer or CASQ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for QA processes and end-user video conferencing software testing across platforms.
• Define QA strategies, test plans, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing; drive continuous improvement in testing practices.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high quality releases.
• Mentor team members, manage performance plans, and support career development.
