Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of applicable machine shop experience or military equivalent.
• Journeyman or Class “A” status.
• 2-year Machine Tool Technology degree or certificate with experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble prototype parts for R&D projects.
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and 3-/5-axis CNC mills.
• Write, edit, and modify machine programs to meet specs.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with design teams to bring new tech to life.
