Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior R&D Leader in Collegeville, PA, to guide a 13 FTE multi-site team across Collegeville and Midland, delivering new products and platform innovations for Cleaning Growth Platform and related segments. You will lead safety-compliant labs, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, and Commercial teams.

The role emphasizes people leadership, portfolio management, stage-gate processes, IP strategy, and external partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a chemical/science/engineering discipline with leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site R&D teams and managing safety-compliant operations.
• Strong collaboration across Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, EI&G R&D, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site R&D team across Collegeville and Midland.
• Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and champion EH&S policies.
• Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and technology platforms.
