Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or 4-year degree in biology, chemistry, or physics.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with FDA QSR and ISO 13485 is preferred.
• Experience with lab equipment management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Apply lab procedures to test method execution and record results.
• Operate instruments, observe, calculate and document findings.
• Characterize microsphere devices for structure and chemistry.
• Perform quality assurance tests to verify design conformance.
• Plan R&D activities and assist with prototype device development.
• Manage lab equipment, tools, and vendor installations per quality rules.
• Write process descriptions and test methods for documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
• Contribute to DHF maintenance and regulatory compliance.
