Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of materials science and testing experience, preferably with medical devices.
• Experience enabling design verification and process development in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of chemical and materials-based medical devices.
• Lead material science assessments (XRD, DSC, leachables) and mechanical testing.
• Coordinate with external labs for materials evaluation of devices.
• Develop verification protocols and interpret results for design improvements.
• Validate test methods for design verification and DHF maintenance.
• Prepare verification reports and support FDA/ISO compliance.
• Assist in complaint investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to CAPA and corrective actions for process issues.
