Job summary

Ultipro in Maryland is seeking a motivated student engineer to support lab test processes and automation projects. You will work with the Lab manager and engineers to improve test methods, map processes, and contribute to ongoing lab innovation initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on experimentation with electro-mechanical control systems, instrumentation, and data analysis, with opportunities to apply Lean tools and AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with electro-mechanical control systems.
• Hands-on project experience in labs.
• Experience with lab testing, instrumentation and measurement techniques.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Lean tools knowledge is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in electro-mechanical control systems
• Enjoys projects that are hands-on
• Previous experience in lab testing processes, including instrumentation and measurement techniques
• Demonstrated capability with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD family products
• Knowledge of Lean tools a plus

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28 per hour.

BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
