Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking a motivated student for a full-time, six-month co-op in Jessup, MD.

The role supports Thermal Test Engineers to improve test processes and data analysis in the lab, with opportunities to contribute to new technology development for cooling datacenters. You will gain hands-on experience in process mapping, lab automation projects, and data-driven improvements, while working Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and earning $22–$28 per hour plus overtime as

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in electro-mechanical control systems.
• Hands-on oriented; enjoys practical projects.
• Experience in lab testing processes, instrumentation and measurement techniques.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Lean tools is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in electro-mechanical control systems
• Enjoys projects that are hands-on
• Previous experience in lab testing processes, including instrumentation and measurement techniques
• Demonstrated capability with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD family products
• Knowledge of Lean tools a plus

INFORMATION

• Status: Full-time, Temporary (6 months)
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Paid Co-Op
• Dates: January 2027– June 2027
• Requirements: Reliable transportation to BAC Corporate Office every day
• Misc: Housing is not provided

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28 per hour.

BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
