Job summary

BAC in Jessup, MD is seeking an undergraduate or graduate student to join the thermal lab team. You will perform controls testing, generate reports, and interact with customers during witness tests.

The role also involves component selection and helping design industrial control systems. The position requires developing and testing controls software, maintaining the hardware library, and assisting with RFIs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in electro-mechanical control systems.
• Knowledge of Negative Feedback Control Theory and PID design.
• Experience with software development processes and software testing.
• Demonstrated skills in technical writing.
• Demonstrated capability with Microsoft Office and CAD products.
• Previous experience in lab testing processes, including instrumentation and measurement techniques is a plus.
• Structured text programming (C/C++/C#/Python) is a plus.

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28 per hour.

BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
