Hanwha Q CELLS Technologies, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking an HR Manager to lead day-to-day site HR as part of the Global Technology HR team.

You will coach managers, drive engagement, recruit and onboard, handle employee relations, and support HR operations, immigration, relocation, and reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience in agile tech or fast-paced environments, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration

Formación

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in agile technology or fast-paced distributed environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, IO Psychology or related field (or equivalent practical experience) plus 5+ years; Master’s degree with 3+ years preferred.
• Strong balance of administrative task management and process rigor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate organizational ambiguity calmly.
• Clear, empathetic verbal and written communication for cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Support culture, engagement, and communications through events and site communications.
• Coordinate HR programs including leadership development, talent programs, and workforce planning.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruiting and onboarding.
• Address employee relations matters and assist managers in resolving issues fairly.
• Administer lifecycle processes, support immigration, relocation, and global mobility; maintain HR data and reports.
• Support relationships with universities and external partners to strengthen recruiting pipelines.
