Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with the HR Manager in delivering people solutions across talent development, organizational design, and strategic decision-making. The role emphasizes employee relations while handling workforce planning, learning, and performance processes.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, coach managers, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Excellent communication and confidential handling are essential in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience focusing on general responsibilities.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Confidential handling of information.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership on recruitment, performance, and retention programs.
• Provide guidance on performance management and training needs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports.
