• Thorough end-to-end knowledge of global drug discovery, preclinical development, clinical phases, and regulatory interactions.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving consensus without formal authority.
• Proficiency with enterprise PPM systems and analytics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead R&D governance committees across discovery to late-stage development and registration.
• Oversee end-to-end meeting mechanics, agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking.
• Drive annual and in-year portfolio prioritization with Strategy and Finance partners.
• Coach and facilitate executive forums to ensure decisive, strategic outcomes.
