Netflix Game Studio is seeking a skilled Game Artist to contribute to experimental and creative projects supporting Netflix's gaming initiatives. You will develop 2D/3D art, assets, environments, and visual effects, focusing on speed and flexibility in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

The role requires strong proficiency in Unity and Unreal, with a background in real-time graphics and the ability to adapt across multiple art forms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a game artist delivering an AAA or higher game.
• Prototyping experience, creating stub assets to use in-game and testing new ideas.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of 3D and 2D animation production, VFX, shading, optimization, texturing, and lighting for games.
• Familiarity with Unity and Unreal Engine.

Responsabilités

• Visual Development: Create visual versions of small prototype projects with a rich style.
• Prototyping: Collaborate with artists and engineers to modify and experiment with models and assets.
• Art Direct and Outsourcing Management: Manage outsourced resources and provide feedback from a technical input perspective.
