Job summary

Armada is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with Engineering, Product, and leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support, with a primary focus on R&D. This remote role reports to the Director of Strategic Finance from the continental US.

You will influence resource allocation and investment decisions across the business. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel skills, and experience supporting technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Experience supporting engineering, product, R&D functions is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting cycles and monthly/quarterly forecasts for supported functions.
• Build financial models to evaluate investments in R&D and infrastructure.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to inform decisions and drive cost discipline.
• Translate roadmaps into financial plans with engineering/product teams.
