Job summary

Armada is seeking a Director of Strategic Finance to join the Finance organization. This hybrid role, based in San Francisco or Bellevue, partners with cross-functional leaders to drive planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support across the company.

You will shape financial performance insights, strengthen rigor, and influence initiatives that advance Armada's growth and sovereignty-focused mission.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence strategy company-wide.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical reasoning, presentation, and communication skills.
• Deep comfort with building and refining financial processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of managing ambiguity and delivering results with limited structure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to translate strategy into financial objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Develop scalable processes, models, and frameworks for visibility into performance and planning.
• Lead long-range planning and budgeting to support strategic priorities and investments.
• Provide data-driven analysis and insightful narratives for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Product, and GTM teams to influence priorities.
