ABB Electrification Installation Products is seeking an R&D Engineer to join our Premier Products R&D team in Memphis, TN. You will own the full product development lifecycle from concept to market launch, leading design, development, testing, and validation efforts for brands like Steel City®, Ocal®, Ty-Duct®, Ty-Rap®, Sta-Kon®, and Color-Keyed®.

You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate with Product Management, Legal, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, and ensure

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years engineering experience in manufacturing for large scale production.
• Experience with design for manufacturing and materials selection.
• Strong knowledge of product design from prototype to production.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling and cross-functional teamwork.
