ABB Electrification Installation Products is seeking an R&D Engineer to drive innovation from concept to market launch. You will own the complete product development lifecycle and lead design, development, testing, and validation efforts for premier brands.

Onsite in Memphis, TN, you will manage cross-functional projects that deliver cutting-edge solutions to customers. You will lead development initiatives, ensure manufacturability, collaborate with manufacturing and product management, and

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing for large scale production and testing.
Proven ability to design for manufacturability and material selection.
Strong proficiency with 3D modeling software (Creo preferred).

Responsabilidades

Lead the complete product development lifecycle from concept to production.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Management, Legal, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Design and develop complex components with metals and plastics using various manufacturing processes.
Develop engineering documentation, BOMs, work instructions, and test plans.
